Hi, I’m Coach Sabrina.
I am a fierce mother, a partner, and a 40-something woman of color who decided to stop waiting and start showing up.
As a certified 80/20 Endurance and Coaches Collective Coach, I didn’t start this business just to write training plans. I started it to build the training ground I wish I had: a space where curvy, fierce women are celebrated for their grit, not judged for their size.
My athletic journey spans from 3.1 miles (5K) to 27 miles. I know exactly how intimidating that first step can be—and I also know the power that waits for you on the other side of it.
From the California Bay Area to clients across the U.S., I help women reclaim their time, conquer the overwhelm, and build bodies that are meant to last.
My coaching isn’t about yelling or punishing workouts. It’s about partnership. We will reprioritize your schedule to fit your real life. We will improve your mental and physical health through smart, science-based training. And we will do it together.
